Bathroom mirrors - fun in the bath

Every bathroom needs a good mirror. For those of us who take pride in our appearance and spend time on our eyebrows and makeup, a good mirror with proper lighting is essential. Bathroom mirrors can really accent the beauty of your bathroom and allow you to beautify yourself at the same time. For a mirror over the sink there are all kinds of variations that allow you to add extra storage in to the deal. There is the typical medicine cabinet style where the mirror swings out from a cabinet mounted into the wall. These come with one single door, or with 2 or 3 part mirrors that swing out and open to provide convenient storage behind.

Some over-the-sink style bathroom mirrors have additional storage areas underneath them. My old apartment had a great sized mirror recessed slightly into the wall with two sliding cabinet mirrors below. The only problem with this setup was that when I looked at myself in the mirror, it broke up my body right at my hips and made my thighs look funny. That’s not what any woman wants to see in a mirror! Many bathrooms have sliding mirrors built as the doors to the shower. This provides a nice shiny look for your bathroom as well as another angle to view your latest outfit.
